The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and experience delivering SAP projects on time and within budget. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
This is a high-impact role where you will serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership — driving cross-functional alignment, mitigating risks, and delivering results on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end SAP projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across all workstreams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting.
- Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve project risks and issues before they impact delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, quality standards, and organizational best practices.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment to achieve shared project objectives.
- Support and lead SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or enhancement initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and project delivery excellence.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in SAP Project Management roles.
- Proven, hands-on track record managing SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects end-to-end.
- Strong command of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and large cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Exposure to or experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or cloud migration projects — highly preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
- Experience working in global delivery environments is an advantage.
